Refund & Return Policy

At Oath, we aim to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition. If an issue occurs, please review the policy below.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for the following situations:

1. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a refund once the damage is verified.

What you need to do:
Please contact us and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s):

After reviewing your photos, our team will confirm eligibility and proceed with your refund.


2. Lost Items

If your order is lost in transit, we will conduct an internal inspection and verify the delivery status with the courier.

Refunds will be issued only after we confirm the package is genuinely lost.

Important:
This does not include situations where a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not refund orders under the following conditions:

  • Items not delivered due to customer error in the shipping address

  • Items marked as delivered by the courier but claimed as not received
    (For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a secure and reliable address.)
