At Oath, all orders are processed and dispatched the same day or the next day after your order is placed.

Return & Refund Policy

Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or refusal to collect the package, the order will be returned to Oath at the customer’s expense.
These costs include:

  • Return Shipping Fees

  • Re-delivery Fees (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items Not Received or Missing

If you believe your order has not arrived or items are missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately:

Items Marked as Delivered

We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier.
